What the code allows

65 units an acre in RH-4
RH-4 allows one unit per 670 square feet of lot, up to 55 feet and five stories.

1.5 spaces per one-bedroom
Studios park one car, one-bedrooms 1.5, larger units two. On lots 50 feet wide or more, 11 units and up add one visitor space per three units.
