What the code allows

   R-3 and R-4 allow one unit per 1,452 square feet of lot, three units minimum. Height is 45 feet in R-3, 60 in R-4.

2. 02

   Housing Overlay sites

   Sites in the Housing Overlay take 20 to 30 units an acre at 60 feet, by right, with no hearing. The lot needs 100 feet of street frontage.

3. 03

   One space per small unit

   Studios and one-bedrooms park one car. Two and three bedrooms park two. At four units or more, add one guest space for every four units.
