   R-3 allows one unit per 1,980 square feet of lot. The lot needs 6,000 square feet.

2. 02

   Three stories, 40 feet

   R-3 caps every building at three stories or 40 feet, whichever is less.

3. 03

   Two garage spaces a unit

   Studios park one car. Every other unit parks two in an enclosed garage, and each bedroom past the second adds a space. Add one open guest space for every unit.
